TECHNICAL TALK
Technical talk is a way of communicating with different types of people belonging to different fields. It doesn't have to be a talking done with only professional people or people belonging to technical fields. It can be conducted between people from anywhere belonging to any fields. Technical talk simply means talking in a technical way with respective kinds of people. To have or to conduct a technical talk, all we need is a speaker and some audiences. The speaker must have a great convincing capability and must have patience while dealing with different types of audiences. A speaker, while facing his/her audiences, must carry out the talk in accordance to his/her audiences. The audiences are those people who listen to the speaker. Generally, there are three kinds of audiences a technical talker might face, who can be categorized as follows:
- Technical audiences : These audiences are group of professional individuals. They are broad minded and are an expert at their respective fields. A speaker might face no problem at all while facing these audiences. Technical talk is easily conducted between a technical speaker and technical audiences.
- Semi-technical audiences : These audiences are group of people who are not highly professional. Everyone of them aren't the same in this group. Some of them understands technical talk but some of them may face some difficulties. A speaker must have patience to convince the audiences as this group s a mixture of different kinds of people.
- Non-technical audiences : These audiences are group of uneducated people. They have no idea about technical talking. A speaker, while facing these audiences, must have a great deal of patience and a good convincing capabilities because it is quite difficult to make these people understand about the topic while undergoing technical talk.
